Job summary

STEP UP GLOBAL CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounts specialist in Singapore to handle reconciliations, data analysis, and AP/AR processes. The role involves ensuring accurate ledger entries and supporting audit-ready records.

You will liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing issues and improve financial workflow. Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and accounting software are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Account reconciliation: compare bank, vendor, and GL statements and fix discrepancies.
• Data analysis: review financial transactions and expense reports for irregularities.
• AP & AR: match PO to invoices, record receipts, follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Ledger maintenance: post daily entries and maintain filing for audits.
• Reporting: prepare routine expense summaries and coordinate with vendors/internal teams to resolve issues.
