Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Prior commodity trading experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
• Manage incoming receipts and outgoing payments.
• Prepare and process bank transfers and supplier payments.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on customer collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting duties.
