Job summary

XGC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in Singapore. The role involves AR/AP processing, bank transfers, and supplier payments, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance degree or diploma and has at least 3 years of relevant experience, including hands-on QuickBooks use. Strong Excel skills and independence are required, with commodity trading experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Prior commodity trading experience is preferred.

Requirements
