Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is looking for an experienced accounts payable/receivable professional in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end AP tasks, intercompany invoicing, and month-end processes within a regional scope.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting, a degree in Accountancy (or ACCA), and familiarity with manufacturing or trading environments. Strong accuracy and process discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) from a recognised institute or equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Trading industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, code and match to PO, and enter into accounting system.
• Execute timely payments through scheduling and processing to vendors.
• Manage vendor records and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Support the Regional AP performance metric.
• Prepare intercompany invoices, debit and credit notes.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger and assist with month-end close.
• Support the Regional AR performance metric.
• Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries.
• Prepare reporting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist treasury matters such as loan, financing and bank applications.
