Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-set accounts from Bendemeer - East, Singapore. The role focuses on AR/AP, fixed assets, and timely financial reporting in a busy MNC environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years in accounting, strong GST knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel. Japanese communication is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with standard weekdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting
• Knowledge of GST/tax regulations within Singapore
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

• Location: Bendemeer - East
• Salary UP $5,000
• Manufacturing Industry (MNC)
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Handle full Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Maintain a full set of accounts, including fixed asset management.
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports within strict deadlines.
• Manage quarterly GST reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with tax agents and auditors for timely tax submissions and financial audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting.
• With MNC background will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
• Able to handle stress and deliver tasks within deadlines.
• Ability to converse in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking colleagues and HQ is an added advantage.
