Job summary

BMW Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accountancy professional to support AP processes and assist with postings, asset management, and reconciliations. The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy and at least 1 year of accounting experience.

You will contribute to accurate month-end closings, intercompany reconciliations, and adherence to company policies, while developing your skills in a dynamic automotive finance environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable processes.
• Execute duty postings for parts & vehicle business.
• Process staff claims in line with Company policy.
• Perform fixed asset postings at month-end and manage yearly fixed asset count.
• Ensure intercompany and account reconciliation.
• Maintain monthly schedule and post monthly journal entries (e.g., fixed assets, prepayments).
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
