The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accountancy, has experience with full sets accounting, and can work independently while handling pressure and meeting tight schedules. Teamwork and accuracy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full Sets Accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts for accurate financial records.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Manage cash flow to support daily operations.
• Assist with inventory valuation and cost control.
• Support month-end closing for timely reporting.

Job Summary

Manage and oversee financial accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, financial statement preparation, internal audits, and cash flow management to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to support financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient funds for daily business operations
• Assist with cost accounting activities including inventory valuation and cost control to optimize expenses
• Provide support during month-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
