Job summary

GMP Technologies in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking an experienced accountant to manage and prepare the full set of accounts for the holding company and its subsidiaries.

You will handle GST reporting, intercompany reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and assist with year-end audits, while leveraging ERP software and MS Office to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accountancy qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with multi-currencies and exchange conversions.
• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare full set of accounts for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and petty cash.
• Prepare financial statement schedules (balance sheet, P&L) and assist with year-end audits.
• Ensure GST reporting and support tax inquiries; prepare government surveys and cash flow forecasts.
• Ad-hoc duties and support for other accounting tasks.

Job description

• Manage and prepare full set of accounts for the holding company and its subsidiaries, including general ledger, accounts payable (invoice matching, payment posting, reconciliation, vendor communication), and accounts receivable (issuing invoices, collections, reconciliation).
• Prepare financial statement schedules (balance sheet, P&L), handle intercompany reconciliations, and manage petty cash transactions.
• Ensure accurate GST reporting, assist with year-end audits, and support tax-related inquiries. Prepare government surveys and cash flow forecasts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required and provide support for other accounting tasks.

Requirement:

• Possess a Finance/Accountancy qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with multi-currencies, exchange conversions, and proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
