JUB PACIFIC PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full-set accounting for multiple entities, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance with Singapore GST requirements. You will handle month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and liaise with auditors and corporate secretarial teams.
The role involves maintaining GLs, bank reconciliations, tax compliance, and providing ERP system support. A proactive, adaptable candidate with at least 3 years of experience is preferred.
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts for several entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Prepare accurate and timely month-end management accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit schedules and fixed asset register.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly GL schedules and bank reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records and transactions.
Follow established finance policies, procedures and SOPs in carrying out daily accounting and reporting activities.
Handle annual statutory financial statements and XBRL filing, including liaising with auditors and corporate secretarial.
Assist with quarterly GST returns and corporate tax compliance.
Provide support for accounting ERP system implementation and improvement.
Prepare and maintain intercompany billing and reconciliation schedules.
Coordinate with related companies to reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of group reporting and consolidation schedules.
Assist in reviewing and resolving accounting issues identified during the month-end closing process.
Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are properly recorded and supported.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial operations support and guidance.
Perform other ad hoc duties or assignments as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards learning new processes and tasks.
Familiar with GST and Singapore accounting requirements.
Experience in intercompany accounting and statutory audit will be an advantage.
