A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for managing accounts and preparing financial reports for designated properties. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in accounting and be proficient in accounting software and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary for this role, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Manage the full set of accounts for designated properties, ensuring accurate records and timely month-end closing.
Handle cheque processing, bank deposits, and maintain up-to-date accounting records and debtors’ listings.
Prepare and issue monthly invoices for maintenance fees, sinking funds, and special levies.
Oversee supplier payments, administer petty cash, and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including income and expenditure statements, balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
File GST returns, issue Section 47(1)(c) certificates, and send out reminder and demand letters as necessary.
Collect estate-related payments and ensure all financial records are accurately maintained.
Liaise with auditors and support the coordination of annual audits.
Provide guidance and mentorship to new Accounts Assistants when required.
Diploma in Accounting or LCCI qualification.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills with good communication abilities.
Able to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
