EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level finance assistant to support the accounting team in a well-established company located in the central area.

The role handles partial accounts, reconciliations, AP processing, and monthly schedules, with office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate holds a Nitec or Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years of experience and is meticulous with records.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant working experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong numerical and data accuracy
• Proficient with basic accounting processes and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage partial accounts by processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable by issuing payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile statements of account (SOA) against outstanding invoices.
• Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with teams for timely receipt.
• Prepare monthly financial schedules to support accounting and reporting.
