JAPAN FOODS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
The role involves recording sales for restaurants and miscellaneous outlets, posting receipts, reconciling cash and supplier invoices, and updating daily cash flow by entity. You will ensure accuracy of records, investigate discrepancies, arrange payments by cheque or Giro, and perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Accountant, Finance

Manage Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables or Full Set
- Check, record and post Sales (Restaurants & Miscellaneous)
- Record & post all receipts by outlets
- Reconcile the receipts against sales
- Check and verify outlet refund to customer
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancy between sales and receipts
- Posting of supplier invoices (Non-Trade)
- Tally supplier invoices against SOA
- Arrange payment (cheque/giro)
- Full Set accounts
- Update daily cashflow by entity
- Adhoc duties assignedby Accountant/Finance Manager/ CFO
