Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to handle month-end closing and consolidate accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

You will manage accounts receivable, liaise with auditors and external parties, maintain organized records, and perform ad hoc accounting duties as required. Diploma in Accountancy and 1 year experience preferred; GST knowledge and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiar with GST and tax matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate month-end, including consolidated accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoices, payments and receipts.
• Liaise with auditors and external parties on accounting matters.
• Maintain proper and organised accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned by management.
