Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore. The role covers full set of accounts, AR/AP, GST, reporting, and liaising with auditors and authorities.

You will prepare payment schedules, management reports, stock takes, and ensure accurate records to support audits. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 2 years' experience and a meticulous, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Well-organized, meticulous and detail-oriented with strong teamwork.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and full sets of accounts.
Prepare and monitor payment schedules and weekly payment reports for management.
Collaborate with management to ensure timely payments and minimize disruptions.
Maintain accounting records and documentation to support audits.
Prepare daily sales reports for Directors and Management.
Submit quarterly GST returns and annual commission statements.
Coordinate with authorities and auditors for audits and GST matters.
Liaise with banks and external parties on accounting and costing matters.
Prepare daily credit card reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Manage petty cash and staff reimbursement claims.
Assist with e-commerce payment processing and reconciliation.
Maintain filing and organization of financial documents.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
