REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support day-to-day AP and AR activities. You will enter invoices, process payments, and help maintain accurate ledgers under supervision of the Finance team.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accounting or related field, with basic knowledge of AP/AR and accounting principles; internship experience is a plus. This role offers exposure to month-end closing and various accounting tasks.

Competenze

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant internship or accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AP, AR, and accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day AP and AR activities.
• Perform data entry for invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions.
• Assist with invoice processing, payment preparation, and account reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related activities.
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required.
