Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Singapore to handle end-to-end invoice processing and payment activities. The role requires timely maintenance of supplier accounts, vendor registrations in SAP, and accurate postings to ensure smooth month-end closings.

You will also manage cash flow, credit card and employee expense claims, and support process improvements within the AP function. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices up to date into the accounting system.
• Prompt payment processing.
• Process monthly Corporate Credit Card expenditure and employee claims.
• New vendor registration to SAP; correspond with suppliers regarding outstanding accounts and reconcile supplier statement.
• Prepare journal voucher and ensure timely closing of accounts payable.
• Monitor petty cash, bank reconciliation and related issues.
• Prepare weekly cash flow.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
