UTRACON STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team. The role focuses on processing invoices, ensuring PO/DO alignment, and supporting timely payments.

You will maintain AP records, monitor aging, and assist with internal control reports and administrative tasks. 1–2 years of accounting experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Formación

• Accounting graduates from ITE, A level, Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; meticulous and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Checking PO and matching DO with supplier invoices; reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare local or overseas online payments, data entry of payment vouchers.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and accruals.
