Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Officer (AP/AR) with SAP and strong Excel skills. The role is in a Fortune 500 MNC near Tanjong Pagar/Shenton Way, offering 2 days of work-from-home and a salary range of SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 plus AWS and a 4-month variable bonus.

The incumbent will manage AP/AR, assist with payments, ensure month-end closing, and support audits and tax filings. Prior experience in GST and cash flow forecasting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling AP/AR and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT/sales tax and tax filings preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain AP & AR.
• Prepare payments for vendors and assist with payment reports.
• Consolidate and update AR, issue SOA.
• Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
• Timely preparation and submission of GST returns, cash flow forecast and income tax.
