Job summary

King Grouper Fish Soup Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team in Singapore. The role covers AP/AR, GST submissions, daily bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, familiarity with Xero and Excel, and is meticulous and proactive in a fast-growing F&B group with its own fish farm and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge (double entries, AP/AR concepts).
• Experience with Xero is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with numbers.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle high-volume data entry.
• A proactive team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments in Xero.
• Handle AP/AR data entry and vendor enquiries.
• Assist GST filings and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and month-end tasks.
• Support ad-hoc finance duties and petty cash management.
