Qualifications

- Issue Invoice/CN
- Document processing and checking on invoicing details
- Maintain petty cash (SGD, USD & EURO) for vessel cash collection and care-off charges
- Ensure accounting deadlines are met
- Assist in Accounts Payable in archiving and filing of documents
- Data entries (MS Excel)
- Processing reimbursement form
- Submit invoices to the customer's online portal
- Financial filing & other admin duties as required
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
