ALINK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to manage full or partial sets of accounts, process AP/AR, and prepare invoices and receipts. You will perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a Diploma and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with knowledge of GST and common accounting software. Independent work style and good communication are essential for timely reporting.

Competenze

• Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years accounting experience; construction industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Mansioni

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and year-end audit preparations.
• Prepare GST schedules and support tax submissions.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and supplier invoices.
