Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger).
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Issue customer invoices, delivery orders (DO), and billing.
• Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Monitor cash flow and outstanding payments (credit control).
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Assist in GST submission and tax filing.
• Support year-end closing and audit preparation.
• Shipping documentation.
