Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounts-focused professional to manage process and project-related tasks in a dynamic environment in Singapore.

You will review entries, handle payments and accruals, close monthly books, and ensure proper documentation and controls across departments. The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance, at least two years of experience, and familiarity with Singapore Accounting Standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standards and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Check accounting entries and Concur requests against internal rules and authorization rights.
• Process payment applications, accruals, and validate vendors’ invoices.
• Process income billings and accruals by validating contracts/agreements.
• Oversee asset capitalization and asset master creation for IT/office assets.
• Perform monthly closing processes including journal entries and adjustments.
• Check stock reconciliation and prepare inventory listings with supporting documents.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure accurate GL postings and variance resolution.
• Communicate with business departments to resolve financial queries.
• Support internal control projects and J-SOX checklist activities.
