Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. is hiring for an Account cum Admin role located at Ubi (near MRT). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, and Saturday mornings 8.30am to 1pm.

The basic salary is up to SGD 3,500 per month. Responsibilities include data entry of supplier bills, updating POs in Google Sheets, attaching POs to bills for payment processing, preparing and filing payment vouchers, GST submissions, monthly bank reconciliations, and supporting external auditors with required

Qualifications

• Full set accounting experience in Singapore is required.
• Familiar with Xero and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Key in supplier bills daily and ensure monthly total matches the SOA.
• Update Purchase Orders (POs) in Google Sheets.
• Attach printed POs to supplier bills before sending them for payment.
• Prepare and file payment vouchers after payment.
• Submit GST quarterly.
• Do bank reconciliation monthly.
• Assist external auditors by providing the documents they need for the audit.
