Cargohub Groupage Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based freight forwarder, is seeking an accounts admin to support AP/AR daily transactions. The role involves processing vendor invoices, billing, collections, and collaborating with the team to resolve discrepancies in AP/AR cycles.

Work location is at EPL Building, Singapore. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with duties spanning daily accounting operations and ad-hoc admin tasks.

Formación

• Experience with AP/AR daily transactions is required.
• Vendor invoices processing and record maintenance is essential.
• Reconciliation tasks (vendor statements, bank) are part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable vendor invoices accurately to maintain record
• Manage accounts receivable activities such as billing and collections
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in AP/AR transactions
• Support daily accounting operations to contribute to smooth financial workflows
• Reconciliation of vendor SOA
• Reconciliation of bank statement
• Ad-hoc administrative duties
