Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Executive (Partial Set) in Singapore to support accounting tasks including AP/AR, invoicing, and GST reporting. You will perform data entry in SAP, maintain filing, and handle communications with customers and suppliers while assisting with ad hoc tasks.

Working days are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, at Boon Lay Way location. The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and at least O Level, with SAP knowledge considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable)
• Perform data entry in accounting systems (SAP)
• Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on payments
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone/email
• Maintain filing and documentation (physical & digital)
• Update and monitor stock records
• Handle general administrative duties (calls, emails, coordination)
• Support other ad hoc tasks when required
