Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Account Executive (Partial Set) to support basic accounting tasks and invoicing. You will handle AP/AR, data entry in SAP, and assist with GST reporting and reconciliations.

Based at Boon Lay Way, the role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication with customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on position with clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Min O Level or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting tasks (AP & AR).
• Perform data entry in accounting systems (SAP).
• Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone/email.
• Maintain filing and documentation (physical & digital).
• Update and monitor stock records.
• Handle general administrative duties (calls, emails, coordination).
• Support other ad hoc tasks when required.
