Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive to support basic accounting tasks and invoices, with SAP data entry and GST reporting responsibilities. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, process payments, and help maintain accurate records.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable. Working weekdays, with on-site duties at Boon Lay Way, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min O Level or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/administration.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting tasks including Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Perform data entry in accounting systems (SAP).
• Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on payments.
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers by phone/email.
• Maintain filing and documentation (physical & digital).
• Update and monitor stock records.
• Handle general administrative duties as required.
