Job summary

The Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our daily accounting operations. You will handle AP, AR, and GL tasks, process invoices, track payments, and prepare month-end schedules and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI or equivalent), 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency with accounting software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting or related field experience.
Proficiency in computerized accounting software and general computer literacy.
Strong accuracy with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
Written and spoken Chinese required to liaise with overseas counterparts.

Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger support.
Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Process supplier invoices and arrange payments in line with company procedures.
Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in reviewing expense reports and cost-related transactions.
Prepare schedules, reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documents for month-end closing.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing for audit purposes.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external parties.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
