The Vending Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounting & Operations Intern to support finance workflows and daily store operations. The role mixes remote data-entry tasks with on-site minimart duties, offering a 4‑day week at 6 hours per day and a 3–6 month duration.

The internship focuses on routine bookkeeping, data entry, inventory tracking, procurement, cashiering, and customer service in a small, hands‑on team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in accountancy, business, finance or related field.
• Proficient in basic spreadsheet software (Excel/Sheets).
• Highly organized, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to commit to part-time schedule of 4 days a week, 6 hours per day.

Aufgaben

• Accounting & Data Entry Support: assist with routine bookkeeping, data entry of invoices, receipts and financial documents.
• Verify transaction records and supplier statements; support client accounts and record-keeping.
• Minimart Operations & Procurement: assist with inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and procurement for Quickpick Minimart.
• Manage cashiering, customer service, and store tidying during minimart duty shifts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers and delivery schedules.
