The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and a proactive attitude, including readiness for overtime when needed. Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Meticulous, positive attitude, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Willingness to work overtime when required and immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform data entries in the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
Manage daily operational tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial schedules, as well as reconciling accounts.
Support quarterly GST filing, corporate tax submissions, and other statutory compliance matters.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
