CALL LADE LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a capable accounting professional to manage daily transactions, invoicing, reconciliations and month-end activities. The role supports budgeting, reporting and system improvements while ensuring audit-ready records.

Candidate should have a degree in accounting/finance, experience with financial systems and strong Excel skills. A proactive problem-solver who works independently is preferred.

Formación

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience and knowledge of financial systems.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Excel; basic programming is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily accounting transactions including AP, AR and GL entries.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and other finance activities.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and records.
• Assist in improving accounting-related programs and reports.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Ensure proper filing for audit and compliance; support audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables where required.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and other finance-related activities.
• Maintain and update accounting systems, databases and financial records.
• Assist in developing, modifying or improving accounting-related programs, reports and system functions.
• Troubleshoot basic system or accounting software issues and coordinate with IT or vendors when necessary.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Perform other finance, system-related and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting and financial systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic programming, database or system troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
