Shiseido Asia Pacific is offering an Accounting Intern position to learn accounting processes across AR, month-end closing, and year-end audit while supporting SAPAC and SS accounting teams.

You’ll gain exposure to regional markets, work on real business projects, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals in a global beauty company with a heritage of over 150 years. This internship is designed to develop practical accounting skills and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Possess basic accounting knowledge.
• Able to work well with others.
• Able to work on own initiative with guidance.
• Enthusiastic & eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform reconciliations for financial year closing.
• Assist in setting the reporting templates for the new financial year.
• Involve in the financial year end audit – interact with company auditors and provide supporting documents.
• Support the accounting teams on month-end closing activities, driving faster closing.
• Work with IT team to identify system or data errors to improve data accuracy.
