Responsibilities

• Learn and perform reconciliations for financial year closing.
• Assist in setting the reporting templates for the new financial year.
• Involve in the financial year end audit – interact with company auditors and provide supporting documents.
• Support the accounting teams on month-end closing activities, driving faster closing.
• Work with IT team to identify system or data errors to improve data accuracy.

What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Intern, you will assist the Shiseido Asia Pacific (SAPAC) and Shiseido Singapore (SS) Accounting teams on accounting responsibilities.

You will be able to learn the different processes in the Accounting function (AR) and have good exposure to different business units.

You will:

• Learn and perform reconciliations for financial year closing
• Assist in setting the reporting templates for the new financial year
• Involve in the financial year end audit – interact and providing supporting
  documentations to company auditors
• Support the accounting teams on month‑end closing activities, driving faster
  closing
• Work with IT team to identify system or data errors to improve data accuracy
• Review, analyze & detect potential issues with the integrity of the data
