Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions in Singapore is offering a Finance & Accounting Intern role for a full-time commitment of 3 to 6 months. You will work within a collaborative Singapore Accounting Team to gain exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, and business partnering in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting tasks.
• Maintain finance documentation and assist in ensuring compliance with record retention requirements.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and accounting classifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic financial analysis to support business and operational needs.
• Contribute to day-to-day finance operations and provide administrative support across various accounting processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc finance and accounting projects.

The Singapore Accounting Team supports finance and accounting activities across the APAC region. As an intern, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working alongside experienced finance professionals to gain practical exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, and business partnering within a global organisation.
