Job summary

SINARMAS LAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, GL entries, and month-end tasks. You will assist with group consolidation, reporting schedules, and coordination with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with ERP/accounting software. Collaborative teamwork and independent work ability are essential in our multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Exposure to multi-country accounting environments is an asset.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
• Support preparation of monthly management accounts and group consolidation.
• Prepare reporting schedules and working papers.
• Assist with tax compliance and coordinate with auditors/tax agents.
• Liaise with treasury, legal, and operations teams.
• Provide support for software implementation and system improvements.
• Assist on ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements.
• Perform other finance, accounting and treasury tasks as needed.

Scope of Work:

• Handle bookkeeping and general ledger entries
• Support preparation of monthly management accounts and group consolidation
• Prepare reporting schedules and working papers
• Assist with tax compliance and coordinate with auditors/tax agents
• Liaise with internal teams (treasury, legal, operations)
• Provide support for implementation of software
• Provide support on ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements
• Any other finance, accounting and treasury task that management deem fit

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred)
• Prior exposure to multi-country accounting environments is an advantage
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
