Job summary

CF Accounting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Accounting Executive to join our team in the Central Region on a full-time basis.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting reporting processes, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day accounting operations, GST returns, tax computations, and collaboration with a professional team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field), have 2–4 years of accounting experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
• Preferably, possession of or working towards ACCA or similar qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
• Prepare data for entry into the financial system.
• Maintain accounting records and bank statements.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and loan schedules.
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Prepare tax computation and tax planning.
• Filing tax returns and updating management on regulatory changes.
• Provide supporting functions to the Division.
• Attend to ad hoc duties as required.
