Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years accounting experience (preferably CPA firm)
• NITEC or professional certification or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage full set of accounts and meet data-entry targets

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry for accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle all types of accounting jobs across diverse industries
• Prepare and submit tax return/GST return for clients
• Timely preparation of client accounts and financial reports for lodgement with ACRA & IRAS
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Multitask and work independently with initiative
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
