Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to manage full-set accounting for investment and holding entities, with emphasis on accurate closing and reporting.

You will prepare financial statements, coordinate month-end and year-end processes, assist group consolidation and liaise with auditors and tax agents, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce.
• Strong full-set accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory requirements.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit and tax coordination.
• Exposure to investment accounting / family office / holding companies / funds / multi-entity groups is advantageous.
• Consolidation and intercompany accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting for assigned entities.

• Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting for assigned investment and corporate holding entities.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and financial statements.
• Perform bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journals, accruals and closing adjustments.
• Support group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliation and elimination.
• Maintain and reconcile investment schedules against banks, custodians, brokers and investment managers.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
• Support tax matters, statutory filings and liaise with tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS(I) and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Handle banking matters, confirmations and account documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and audit trails.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and internal controls.

Key Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce.
• Strong full-set accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory requirements.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit and tax coordination.
• Exposure to investment accounting / family office / holding companies / funds / multi-entity groups is advantageous.
• Experience in consolidation and intercompany accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills, particularly handling and reconciling large datasets.
• Independent, hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong ownership and follow-through.
