ENTRACO Marine Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, invoicing, and recording business transactions.

You will prepare and post payments, perform bank reconciliations, and handle month-end closing with journal entries and general ledger maintenance. The role also covers GST compliance, monthly trial balances, audits, cash flow and ad-hoc finance projects.

Competenze

• Diploma in Accountancy or Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Daily accounting operations across AP/AR, invoicing, and recording transactions.
• Prepare and post payments and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor/customer accounts.
• Month-end closing with journal entries and GL maintenance.
• GST compliance including quarterly filings.
• Prepare monthly trial balances and schedules for audits.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accounting data in the system.
• Stock-taking, fixed asset management, and other finance projects.
