VICTORY MARINE SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting assistant to support AP/AR processes, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

You will handle daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, SOA mailings, and expense claims, working with a small team to meet deadlines. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in Excel and accounting software are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle AP and AR functions.
• Verify and key supplier invoices accurately.
• Prepare supplier payments and process payment transactions.
• Update daily cash flow records.
• Record customer receipts and receivable payments.
• Send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
• Prepare staff expense claims for processing.
• Perform bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
