Job summary

ARC MARINE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Accounting professional to handle AP/AR using in-house software, reconcile supplier invoices, settle discrepancies, and manage invoicing for completed supplies.

The role requires a background in accounting, willingness to work at the Tuas West Road area, and eligibility for Singaporean or PR status. 5.25 days per week with alternate Saturday half-day is required.

Qualifications

• Entry level with Principle of Accounts or CAT are welcome to apply.
• Must have accounting background.
• Willing to work at office located near Tuas West Road MRT.
• Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP and AR using in-house software
• Reconcile suppliers invoices against statement of accounts
• Settle discrepancies for smooth payments
• Perform invoicing for completed supplies
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues
• Generate reports as and when required
