Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte. Ltd. in Macpherson is seeking a finance professional to handle accounts payable, month-end closing, budgeting support and statutory compliance. The role offers AWS + VB and solid annual leave and increment benefits.

You will review and approve AP transactions, prepare monthly closings, and prepare audit schedules while liaising with HQ teams and auditors. Position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable processing and month-end closing
• Budgeting and variance analysis familiarity
• GST and withholding tax filings support and liaising with tax agents

Responsibilities

• Review and approve AP transactions
• Complete month-end closing, journals, and recharge invoices
• Prepare monthly financial statements review
• Prepare and monitor department budget
• Prepare audit schedules and management reports
• Prepare GST and withholding tax filings and ensure compliance
• Liaise with tax agents and auditors
• Support corporate tax filings and compliance
• Coordinate with HQ Accounting and Tax teams
• ACCA SAP knowledge will be an advantage

Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500

Working Location: Macpherson

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
