BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate to join the finance team on a 1-year contract, renewable based on performance. Working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM at Loyang, with company bus transport covering several areas.

The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting support, audit assistance, and collaboration with other departments to deliver timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA qualification or willingness to pursue CPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, SAP, or Hyperion is an advantage.
• Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and identify financial trends.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage revenue accounting records, follow up on unbilled invoices, and assist with fixed asset management.
• Support internal/external audits, SOX testing, and internal control reviews.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Location: Loyang
• Transport: Company bus provided to and from work, covering Jurong, Woodlands, Yishun, Sengkang, Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris.
