Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting/finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.

You will maintain investment records for funds and private equity and process investment-related transactions. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Work is on-site at the Raffles location with a 9am–5:45pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Min 2 years experience in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Maintain and verify financial records, investment transactions and asset valuations relating to funds and private equity.
• Process and reconcile investment trades, capital calls, distributions and cash movements.
• Perform reconciliations of general ledgers, bank statements, balance sheets and supporting schedules.
• Maintain investment schedules, portfolio records and financial summaries.
• Prepare monthly management reports for shareholders.
• Review annual statutory filings and tax return documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors, Singapore and US tax agents, bankers and corporate secretaries.
• Assist with bank account opening procedures and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong colleagues on accounting and financial matter.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
