Job summary

• At least 2 years’ relevant finance experience.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Languages: English and Chinese (Mandarin) for documents and matters.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions.
• Assist transactional finance activities including processing of A/P, A/R, Billing, Inventory, and expenses reporting.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing.
• Prepare and assist with processing of all general ledger journal entries.
• Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.
• In charge of ensuring fixed assets management and reporting.
• Evaluate and ensure continual improvement in operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and internal controls.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher education preferably inAccountancy/relevant field
