Job summary

Ascend Com Pte Ltd invites applications for the Account Services Executive (Client Servicing) role within the Events, Exhibitions & Conferences team. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with project teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Requirements include a Diploma or above, strong communication skills, English and Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent cert. & above required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Mandarin language skills are required to serve Mandarin clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Events, Exhibitions & Conferences teams to deliver successful events.
• Provide pre-sales and marketing support activities and generate sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer accounts, invoicing and payments.
• Maintain relationships with overseas and local clients.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure deliverables.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities.

We are inviting candidates for the position of :

Account Services Executive ( Client Servicing )

The Account Services Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. As part of the Events, Exhibitions & Conferences team, you will work closely with our project teams to deliver successful events and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales and marketing support activities
• Resourceful & able to effectively explore and conclude sales opportunities
• Able to actively generate new accounts & maintain existing accounts
• Responding to sales enquiry, prepare quotations & customer accounts
• Maintain good relationships with overseas and local clients
• Be able to work with various departments to ensure deliverables
• Manage and work on event related documentation and administration
• Quotation, invoicing and payments
• Exceed customer satisfaction
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
• Diploma equivalent cert. & above
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, Independent, strong communication skills and a team player
• Attention to details
• Good presentation skills
• Creative and great learning attitude
• Independent, able to handle stress & Multi-tasking
• Possess strong Interpersonal & Customer Service skills
