Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Account Executive in Singapore to manage existing client accounts, coordinate sales activities and support order processing. The role focuses on client servicing, relationship building and achieving sales targets with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, be proficient in MS Office, and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account servicing, sales support or customer-facing sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, organised and able to multitask.
• Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service.
• Handle feedback, resolve issues and follow up closely.
• Manage new sales leads from the sales development team.
• Submit monthly sales forecasts and track sales performance.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Division.

• Position: Sales Account Executive

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Commission + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
