Job summary

NEW UNION ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Singapore. The role covers full set of accounts, GST reporting, cash flow management and payroll responsibilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCount; strong Excel, independence, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting System preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and accounting requirements.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger
• Prepare monthly and year-end closing and management reports

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities
• Handle payroll, CPF and basic HR administrative matters
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and credit control
• Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with Singapore accounting requirements
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required

Employment: Full-Time
