Job summary

Grab is seeking an Intern, Account Management, Retail/FMCG in Singapore for a full-time, on-site internship starting January 2027. You will support account managers, handle daily client communications, and help optimize partner success while learning to manage performance metrics and reporting.

You will gain hands-on experience in client operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to client satisfaction and workflow

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business or other relevant courses.
• Experience in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience building, nurturing, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Comfortable with analysing quantitative/qualitative data and approaching challenges logically.
• Experience maintaining data accuracy across deliverables.
• Be a collaborative team player within a cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers by handling daily client communications, responding to partner queries, and implementing client success plans.
• Manage administrative tasks, keep account documentation organized, and coordinate internal workflows for accuracy across key accounts.
• Track key account performance metrics, convert data into insights, and prepare reports and dashboards for reviews.
